The Binta Ahmadu foundation was established in 2015 in memory of Mahmood’s great mother. The foundation exists to respond to various humanitarian needs, education and natural disasters.
Since its inception the foundation has built a school for the less privileged, which many hundreds of pupils attend free of any charge, the foundation also has a scholarship programme which sponsors extremely smart but poor students abroad for further education.
Multiplied thousands of people are fed in various parts of the world annually through the foundations food program. And at the height of the COVID pandemic hundreds of thousands of face masks were distributed to help protect against the disease.
